Owner
Nikki Neal is the owner of Drip Culture and a proud Mad River Valley local. A wife, mother of three, entrepreneur, and community builder, Nikki is known for her energetic spirit, love of people, and ability to bring ideas and connections to life.
After experiencing the benefits of infrared sauna and cold plunge therapy in her own life, Nikki was inspired to create a welcoming wellness space where people could slow down, reconnect, and feel their best. Her vision for Drip Culture has always been about more than sauna and cold plunge—it is about creating a place where people feel seen, supported, and part of a community.
A natural connector and visionary, Nikki loves bringing people together, building relationships, and creating experiences that foster wellness, belonging, and genuine human connection. She believes that some of the most meaningful moments happen when people step away from the busyness of life and make time to care for themselves and each other.
When she's not at the studio, you'll find Nikki spending time with her family, supporting local businesses, exploring the outdoors, and dreaming up new ideas to strengthen wellness and community throughout the Mad River Valley.

Elka brings incredible care, attention to detail, and customer service to her role as Studio Manager at Drip Culture. A professional photographer and world traveler turned Vermont local, she brings warmth, grace, and creativity to everything she does.
Whether she's welcoming guests, supporting the team, or helping shape the overall experience at the studio, Elka is dedicated to creating a space where people feel comfortable, cared for, and inspired to slow down and recharge. Her thoughtful approach and genuine love for connecting with people make her an invaluable part of the Drip Culture community.
